Back-office audits for short-term rental managers

How it works

Four steps. Stop after any of them.

Each step gives you enough to decide on the next one. Priced by door count, because that's how you already buy everything else.

StepYou leave withPrice
01 Consultation call30 minutes on your doors, your PMS, your market and where it hurts. You leave withA rough read on what software and coordination cost you per door, and a straight answer on whether an audit is worth it. Free
02 AuditI review subscriptions, booking mix, fees, turnovers, claims and owner reporting. About two weeks. You leave withA ranked fix list: what each item is worth in dollars or hours, and what it would take to fix. By door count
03 ImplementationI build the fixes you pick - cutting tools, connecting tools, building what's missing. You leave withWorking systems and written runbooks your team can operate without me. Scoped from
the audit
04 MaintenanceI monitor, test and update what I built as platforms change. You leave withSystems that keep working after the next PMS or platform update. Per door,
per month
Pricing

Audit and maintenance are priced by door count. Implementation is scoped from the fix list. You get a quote for your operation on the call.

Two ways an audit ends

Some audits end with a fix list your own team can handle. I'll say so, and you owe nothing past the audit fee.

Others end with me building the fixes. Either way the audit is yours.

How I build

AI where it's the right tool, plain automation everywhere else. Anything that touches a guest or an owner gets tested against your rules before it goes live - it won't quote a rate you didn't set or send a statement you didn't approve.

Everything I build is yours: your accounts, your data, written up so someone else could run it.
